Utopia

I see on the schedule some talks June 21, on Utopia. At North Central Ave. L.A. 90012 Little Tokyo.

I should write some and get copies to one or so of those speakers. Then, if they wish to Contradict me, they will know that they are Contradicting me.

First Visit Skid Row and Observe the people there. For enough housing, we need to Build Many tall Apartment Buildings. And these people and others will put in the work, and then Own the Apartment Buildings. But, is Utopia Possible or Impossible? This has been a longstanding debate. I would recommend a Large Compromise in which we use the Market Prices and Wages the same as outside. With two exceptions. One exception is Capital. To buy vacant lots and building materials, clearly we need money. Think of the Businessman who Complains and Complains of “Government Regulations”. And, “Culture is bigger than The Government”. As a Utopia, Our Culture is that we have more Regulations on Capital and, the Community is in Control over Capital. {Rather than having Capital in Control over the Community.} The second exception would be High Quality. When we produce High Quality, we do not need to Increase Prices on Ourselves. In the Capitalist's system, when they have higher quality, they increase the Mark-up. For easy profits. Utopia is worth doing because many times we Produce High quality and do not increase prices.

About 1820 or so some people came up with a Theory. The Factual basis of this Theory is that there is a Vast Elaboration of State Laws on the matter that a Corporation MUST BE Managed for the benefit of Stockholders. That Old Theory is that IF Only the Workers were the Stockholders, then that Same Vast Elaboration of laws would benefit the workers. This was debated and debated from approximately 1820. The Error known as “Communism” was first, that they WANTED to Have So Much Power On Their Side. Thus, they wanted to have the Government on Their Side. Then, when Stalin wanted Purges, they executed many people. Leading to a bad reputation. Government IS Police Power. It is better IF we have “Culture” being Coherent and Helpful. And, Government Neutral. Then, the Communists had the “Stock Ownership” of all the workers in all the factories HELD BY the Government. “Centralization.” That Centralization was definitely Bad.

Instead, the Local Stocks can be held by Local Trust Accounts, and those Local trust Accounts will be managed by people who Know How the Utopia Works. Thus, Agreeing with What things are Banned. And, New Unions which will Help with Keeping things Democratically Controlled.

I read in a Book that there was ONCE a successful Utopia, but they were Rich and they made The Decision to sell everything and divide up the Money and go their separate ways. THUS, I would Prefer to BAN that.

Let me go over my concept of Utopia in more detail. I have two Theories of Utopia and I would Prefer: BOTH. First, the Psychic Mindpowers are such Vulgar and Corrupt Practices, that I would Prefer to organize ONLY People who agree with that. Another Compromiser is that we have a Limit on The rate of taking in new recruits. This could be a Percentage of the current membership. That means: Exponential.

The second concept is: Alternative labor Exchange. The 2 main Industries are Food and Shelter. Each person picks one of those to work in, then gets paid in credits. These credits are good for both food and shelter. Later, when it is Big, people will take their own initiative and Start-up other Industries. An Angel of God / Goddess Came and Spoke to me and Said:

“ The Alternative labor Exchange is the Opposite of Communism. The Alternative labor Exchange exists to Facilitate Individual Initiative.”

The Communists Believed in Central Planning. Thus, they had to Ban Individual Initiative. That generated much Complaining. Then WITH Police Power, they merely Cracked-down on the Complainers. Mainland China has Repealed the belief in Central Planning. Cuba has not.

Currently, I am ONLY fighting off State Psychiatry. This does not seem like: “Doing Something Laudable."
